This position is both hands-on and demanding; you need to be physically fit and ready to tackle challenges. We expect the candidate to be proactive with a "get it done" attitude. To be successful, you will have a strong work ethic and the ability to perform under various conditions.
Responsibilities
- Use hand and power tools to spread and finish concrete.
- Perform tasks like tying rebar, setting inserts, and cleaning up.
- Maintain high workmanship standards for company and customer satisfaction.
- Follow safety protocols.
Must Have
- Minimum 2 years' experience in concrete work.
- Ability to stand, squat, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and independently.
- Ability to ensure a safe work environment.
- Effective communication with supervisors and team members.
Nice to have
- Experience in other construction field
- Additional languages
